The Richter Pass Beach Resort welcomes snowbird friends from all across Canada every winter. Warm winter weather, our warm & friendly staff and Osoyoos’ long list of attractions and activities make for a perfect winter escape! Located on the beach and in the heart of ‘motel row’, our convenient location has you minutes from dining, shopping and all the winter activities that Osoyoos has to offer. Our on-site activities coordinator makes sure Snowbirds are never bored! The Snowbirds gather in the Richter Pass Activity Room for happy hour, potluck dinners, movie and game nights. Challenge your new friends to a game of Shuffleboard, billiards, or get to know them over a cup of coffee and a puzzle!  A visit to the fitness room will ward off the winter blahs! Flexible accommodation options are available from budget studio kitchen suites to fully furnished 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms lakefront condos!  Snowbirds rates start at $950/month.
